Satadri Chanda joined Megatherm in 2016 as an Executive Director. Prior to that he completed his Masters degree in engineering from Virginia Tech, USA and spent 3 years as a strategy consultant in KPMGs Management Consulting Division
Abstract: Forged by the challenges facing the secondary steel sector and launched in late 2017 the Green Furnace has taken the global market by storm. With orders nearing 9 MTPA annual capacity in a matter of months Megatherm plans to save $60 million in energy costs per year for Green furnace users and $750 – $800 million over the next 5 years.
